Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of all intellectual property, including but not limited to design concepts, source code, and working files, until the final payment for a project is received in full. Upon full payment, the rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
The content, design, and structure of this website are the property of Brandon Radio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and access required for us to perform our services effectively. Delays in providing these may result in adjusted project timelines.
In no event shall Brandon Radio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
